Key Duties and Responsibilities

Load and unload company merchandise safely

Ensure accurate completion of all delivery-related paperwork

Transport products, materials, and staff safely to designated locations

Ensure safety and security of passengers, goods, and vehicle at all times

Provide courteous and professional support when interacting with clients

Ensure timely transportation as directed by supervisors or management

Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) at all times

Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness

Identify and report mechanical or electrical faults promptly

Report any accidents, incidents, or damages immediately

Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil checks, battery checks, refueling)

Maintain proper records, including maintenance receipts and logs

Keep an accurate travel log (routes, time, and working hours)

Support additional tasks such as errands, pickups, and deliveries when required

Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations

Handle tolls and other vehicle-related requirements

Maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards

Be available for special duties as assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school certificate and above

Proven experience as a company or professional driver

Good knowledge of road safety regulations

Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage

Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
