Key Duties and Responsibilities

Medical Inquiry Management

Respond accurately and professionally to technical inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, usage guidelines, dosage, and side effects.

Advisory & Communication

Provide evidence-based medical information to healthcare professionals, clients, and patients.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Record, maintain, and report all customer interactions, product feedback, and adverse event reports in strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Diploma in Pharmacy, a related medical science discipline, or its recognized equivalent.

Professional Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of practical experience in a clinical, retail, or corporate pharmaceutical setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and accurate medical knowledge.
