Job Summary

To deliver practical, learner-centered Luganda and English language training programs that enhance participants’ communication, comprehension, reading, writing, and conversational skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct Luganda and English language training sessions for learners with varying levels of proficiency.

Develop lesson plans, schedules, training materials, and learning resources tailored to learners’ needs.

Assess learners’ language abilities and monitor their progress throughout the training program.

Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience for at least 4 years in instructing languages.

Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.

Ability to develop learner-centered training programs.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Schedule for work

One (1) day per week for 8 working hours
